 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Jeff made a bid to rescrew my entire metal roof and add snow breaks on my house this Summer.  Also, to rescrew the first three rows and add a snow break to my shop.  Very fair bid and we hired him.

Communicated very well as to their shifting schedule, which we were fine with; frankly we expected it due to the nature of the business.

Two months after rescrewing, it began to rain.  We noticed a leak.  Sent Jeff pictures and he scheduled time to come out and look at it.  He found the first problem (nothing to do with their work).  He made the plan to come out the next day with the proper materials.  When he began to look further, he found additional issues that have been there since my home was built.  The leak was a blessing in disguise, as the roof didn’t need anything major because it was caught now and not in several years when it would be major.  The roof just needed Jeff to add a couple of pieces of metal to make everything fine.

Should more extensive work be required, we’ll guide you through the process of filing a claim with your insurance provider and support you every step of the way. Here’s how the process typically unfolds:

SCHEDULE ADJUSTER APPOINTMENT

Once you file your insurance claim, your provider will contact you to set up an appointment with an adjuster.

NOTIFY US WHEN THE APPOINTMENT IS SCHEDULED

So, as soon as you schedule an appointment with the adjuster, let us know. From that point forward, you can direct any questions from your insurance provider to us with a simple, “Please speak to my contractor.”

ADJUSTER APPOINTMENT

During the adjuster appointment, a representative from Titan Roofing will be on-site to advocate for your claim. Certainly, having a contractor present significantly increases the chances of your roof to be approve by the insurance provider.

FIRST CHECK & ESTIMATE
