TPO roofing

TPO is a single-ply membrane with heat-welded seams, commonly used on low-slope commercial roofs. Its light-colored surface reflects sunlight, and welded seams help keep water out where it would otherwise pond and find its way in.

Modified bitumen roofing

Modified bitumen is an asphalt-based, reinforced membrane system applied in layers, widely used on low-slope roofs. It is a durable option for many commercial buildings and some residential low-slope sections.
