Titan Roofing · Built by roofers, not salesmen

Everyone in our company has installed roofs

Many roofing companies are started by salespeople. Titan Roofing was built by roofers. Everyone in our company has installed roofs and knows the systems, including owner Jeff. With 35 years of combined roofing experience on our team, we know what a roof looks like from the deck up, not just from the driveway.

We are not saying salespeople can’t run a good company. We are saying that when you call us, you get someone who has done the work.

Why it matters for your roof

A roof is a system. The deck, underlayment, flashing at walls, chimneys, vents and skylights, attic ventilation and the roofing surface all have to work together, especially under Flathead Valley snow, wind and hail. When the person looking at your roof has installed every one of those layers, they can:

  • Tell you what is actually wrong and what is causing it
  • Explain how the system will be installed, in plain language
  • Write a quote that covers the work your roof really needs
  • Tell you honestly when a repair makes more sense than a replacement

What you get when roofers run the company

  • Straight answers about your roof system — deck, underlayment, flashing, ventilation and the roofing itself, explained by someone who has installed them
  • Estimates from people who know how it is installed, so the quote reflects the work the roof actually needs
  • Honest scope — if a repair will do the job, we tell you; if the roof needs replacing, we show you why
  • No pressure — a clear, written quote and time to make your decision
  • Installed to spec — Owens Corning and Carlisle manufacturer credentials

Questions to ask any roofer

Getting more than one estimate? Good. Ask every company these questions, including us.

  1. Who will actually install my roof?
  2. Has the person giving me this estimate ever installed a roof?
  3. Can you walk me through every layer of the system — deck, underlayment, flashing, ventilation and the roofing?
  4. Exactly what is included in the price, and what is not?
  5. Does my roof really need replacing, or would a repair do?
  6. Will it be installed to the manufacturer’s specifications?
  7. How will you protect my property and clean up when the job is done?

A roofer can answer every one of these without checking with someone else. If the answers are vague, keep asking.

Roofers, not salesmen: FAQs

What does “roofers, not salesmen” mean?

Many roofing companies are started by salespeople. Ours was built by roofers. Everyone in our company has installed roofs and knows the roofing systems, including owner Jeff.

Who will look at my roof and give me the estimate?

Someone from our company, and everyone in our company has installed roofs. They can explain what they find, how your roof system goes together and how the work will be done.

Will you push me into a new roof?

No. If a repair will solve the problem, we tell you. If the roof needs replacing, we show you why and give you a clear, written quote so you can take your time deciding.

Can you explain the roof system before I sign?

Yes. We walk you through the layers that matter — deck, underlayment, flashing, ventilation and the roofing itself — and what is included in your quote.

How much experience does Titan Roofing have?

We have been in business for 12 years, and our team has 35 years of combined roofing experience. We are HAAG certified for damage inspection and hold Owens Corning and Carlisle manufacturer credentials.
